Our overnight camp includes appetizers, dinner and breakfast the next morning. The standard itinerary can be seen below. Guests can choose beef/pork or a fish/chicken for their entree and the chef will prepare the meal from the standard menu below. Our tents feature a Queen Bed with a reading light and can also be arranged with 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed, 2 Queen Beds or 2 Twin Beds per guest preference. The beds have 600 thread count sheets, a down comforter and Pendleton wool blanket. Floors are cedar plank with an area rug. All tents can be completely closed, have a bug screen and come with a heater when weather dictates. In our seasonal DM camp each tent has a half bath with hot & cold running water and a flush toilet. Day 1 5:00pm: Camp is open to guests arrival - guests will arrive by hiking/horseback/other. Guests are shown to their tents followed by Camp Orientation and Safety Overview. 6:00pm: Appetizers in the Lounge 7 :00pm: Dinner in the Dining Tent Campfire, Dessert Optional entertainment Guests Overnight In Camp Day 2 6:30am: Coffee is available in the Dining/Lounge Tent 8-9:30am: Breakfast 10:00am: Guests depart *This itinerary covers a standard overnight. If the entire camp is booked by a private party for overnight the schedule and menu will be customized for each group.

Policy

Rates: $350 per person (Ages 12 and up) includes Appetizers, Dinner, Overnight and Breakfast. $225 Children ages 5 to 11. Children 4 and under at no charge. Booking: Minimum 48 hrs in advance. If a request is made closer than 48 hrs. call and check. Mike 480-205-3179 or Ashley 480-510-5365 Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled more than 72 hrs in advance and the spot can be filled there will be no charge. If we are unable to fill a spot guest will be charged 25% of Overnight Rate. Less than 72 hrs, the cancellation will be a 50% charge of Overnight Rate. Alcohol: At this time H2R does not provide Alcoholic Beverages. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol which can be transported by H2R to camp. H2R can provide mixers and non-alcoholic drinks
